Due to a manufacturing defect, the battery wiring harness may chafe against the battery holder bracket. This may cause an internal short circuit leading to a vehicle fire.

The gearshift fork spiral pin may dislodge and move out of position leading to an internal transmission failure. If this occurs, it could result in an unintended vehicle movement.

Due to a manufacturing defect, some track rods (between left and right wheel of the steered axle/s) were manufactured without the slots at the end of it. If the slot is missing, the clamping force of the clamp between the ball joint and the track rod will be low. This may result in a loss of vehicle control.

In some vehicles, the nut holding the cab tilt cylinder has not been tightened. Because of this, the cab may fall forwards when it's tilted.
