Defect

Due to production deviation the tightening torque may be too low on the front torque rods of the front axle with air suspension.

Hazard

Low clamping force on the joint may lead to screws shearing and the torque rods coming off. This will affect the ability to control the vehicle and may pose a hazard to the driver and other road users.

Remedy

Contact our Scania workshops or Scania Dealers and make a booking to have the vehicle repaired.
