A Defective Internal Thread In The Oil Cleaner Housing May Cause The Shaft In The Oil Cleaner To Come Loose And Then The Oil Pressure Forces The Shaft, The Rotor Bowl And The Cover Out Of The Housing And The Engine Oil Flushes Over The Turbo Charger.
