REC-002896
active0 Toyota ECHO (NCP1#) & PRIUS (NHW11)
Due to improper moulding of the resin body of the crankshaft position sensor installed on the engine block, engine oil may penetrate the seal and enter the sensor wiring connector. In addition, the wire harness connector may not be sufficiently attached to the locking tab of the sensor wiring connection. In this condition, engine oil inside the sensor wiring connector could cause expansion due to the heat of the engine and could deform the sensor wiring connector. In the worst case, the connector may become disconnected, which could cause the engine to stall while driving and not be able to be restarted.

REC-002895
active0 KAWASAKI VN2000A1
The splines on the engine pulley and/or pulley shaft may be worn due to the use of the wrong assembly lubricant during assembly. This can result in the engine pulley mounting nut not applying enough clamping force to properly hold the pulley in place and create abnormal wear on the splines of the pulley and/or pulley shaft. The worn splines may cause abnormal noise and the vehicle may not accelerate smoothly.

REC-002876
active0 NISSAN D40 Navara
A concern has been detected related to incorrect assembly and manufacture of the rear axle assembly of the vehicles. This may result in excessive wear of the rear wheel bearings that will lead to noise occurring from the rear axle. If this is not rectified the bearings could ultimately fail resulting in the half shaft assembly becoming detached from the axle.

REC-002894
active0 Scania P,N & R series
The close proximity mirror has mistakenly been manufactured from incorrect raw materials. The materials in the existing mirrors are more fragile than they should be and risk cracking. The mirror may then start to vibrate and there is also a risk that it may loosen.

REC-002882
active0 FREIGHTLINER CENTURY CLASS, ARGOSY
The transverse beam end castings on certain Holland AD rear suspensions may not have been manufactured to the correct material specification and could fracture under normal loads. Should this happen, the transverse beam could drop low enough to contact the road surface.

REC-002890
active0 EvoBus O500RF COACH
Under extremely high dynamic loading there is a possibility that a fracture could occur at the crimp crease of the crimp connections on the front lower transverse control arms. Should this occur proper steering control at the affected wheel may no longer be possible.

REC-002875
active0 ISUZU CXZ, FTR, FVM
There is a potenial safety concern that relates to the knuckle arm fixing bolts. The longer of the two bolts has been incorrectly manufactured and has not been heat treated inline with the desired specification. This may cause the bolt head to snap off and then transfer the entire load to the one remaining bolt. If this remaining bolt was to fail there is the potential that the driver could lose control of the vehicles steering system.
