Due to an oversight in the checking process of the front and rear wheel rim and hub assemblies at the factory, some nuts were identified with insufficient tightening torque. If left unchecked the hub bolts may be hit while the vehicle is in motion, resulting in breakage of the hub bolts. In the worst case, this may lead to loss of control of the vehicle.

This concern could cause interference between the Relay Box Bracket and a rear brake pipe in the engine compartment. It could result in a potential brake pipe wear and consequently a risk of poor brake performance.
