Defect

Possible movement between hub and brake disc assemblies on the front drive axles of Midlum 4x4 vehicles.

Remedy

From the details existing on the Mack Trucks Warranty files, a letter will be sent to the owner of every vehicle in the chassis number range. This letter (to be sent by registered mail) will detail the concern and give authority to the owner to have the vehicle repaired, at no cost. Also included in the letter will be an Owner Details Change Advice Form with a Reply Paid envelope, so that a change of owner can be identified.
