REC-002864
active0 Toyota LandCruiser Prado
Due to insufficient strength of the rear axle shaft flange, a crack may develop at the neck of the flange if the vehicle is operated in certain driving conditions, such as repeated high speed driving on winding mountain roads. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, the crack may expand and in the worst case, the flange could fracture causing wheel separation.

REC-000099
active0 BMW R1200 GS, RT, ST
1. Water ingress past the 'O' ring seal possibly causing corrosion on electrical contacts and possible failure of the fuel pump. 2. There is a possibility that if work is undertaken on the left brake calliper, the ABS sensor cable may not be refitted correctly. This may cause chafing of the cable and a possible loss of ABS function. 3. In extreme riding situations, such as road safety training events where very harsh and rapid brake applications can be made, there is a possibility that the ABS function will be lost.

active0 Toyota Lexus GS300 (GRS190), Prius (NHW20)
In the airbag system of the subject vehicles, due to Incorrect assembly process of the airbag inflator, which is used in the curtain sheild airbag and the knee airbag systems, some inflators were produced with an insufficient amount of the heating agents, which apply heat to the argon gas in the inflator. In this condition, expansion force of the gas in the inflator may be insufficient to properly inflate the airbag when the airbag system is activated during a collision.
