Defect

Some air conditioners may not comply with the requirements of the consumer product safety standard for electrical installation. The power supply fitted under the chassis floor may not have conduit fitted to protect it as required by the regulations for electrical installation.

Contact All Trades and Services on Free Call 1800 103 614 to make the relevant arrangements to have your unit rectified. All Trades and Services will arrange rectification relating to this recall on behalf of Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd.
