2025 RAM TRUCKS 3500 (D2) & 2500 (DJ)

Due to a manufacturing defect, the Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) module may disable the Electronic Stability Control (ESC). If this occurs, the ESC may fail without warning resulting in a loss of vehicle control. This may also result in the seatbelt pretensioners and airbags not performing as intended in the event of an accident.

2019 RAM TRUCKS 1500 (DS)

Due to a manufacturing defect, the left and right curtain airbag inflators may unexpectedly rupture.

Due to a software issue in the steering column control module (SCCM), the turn signal lever may not cancel when the steering wheel is rotated or switched off manually. This could lead to a non-cancelling indicator and/or high beams activating.

Due to a manufacturing defect, the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) may have not been welded to the required specifications. As a result, the SCCM could fail to send an airbag deployment signal to the Occupant Restraint Controller preventing the driver's airbag from deploying.

Due to a manufacturing defect, the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) may have not been welded to the required specifications. As a result, the SCCM could fail to send an airbag deployment signal to the Occupant Restraint Controller preventing the driver's airbag from deploying.

Due to a software issue in the steering column control module, vehicles may have been built with a steering column control module (SCCM) turn signal lever which may not cancel when the steering wheel is rotated or switched off manually, this could lead to a non-cancelling indicator and or high beams activating.

2013–2018 RAM TRUCKS 2500 & 3500

Due to a software issue, the engine control software requires updating for efficient engine emission performance.

2021–2022 RAM TRUCKS 2500 & 3500 TRUCKS

Due to a manufacturing defect, the diesel particulate matter sensor may not have been installed during assembly. This could increase vehicle emissions and block the diesel particulate filter. If this occurs it can limit the vehicle power and performance leading to engine stalling.

2014–2019 RAM TRUCKS 1500 DS DIESEL

Due to a manufacturing defect, the High-Pressure Fuel Pump could fail prematurely and introduce failed component debris into the fuel system. This could impair the fuel supply to the engine and result in a loss of power whilst driving.
