Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the second-row centre and left-side seat belt buckle anchors may not meet specifications. As a result, the seatbelts may not operate as intended.

Hazard

In the event of an accident, a seat belt not operating as intended could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants.

Remedy

The owner of the affected vehicle will be contacted by American Compliance, to schedule an appointment and have their vehicle inspected and rectified, free of charge.
