REC-003219
active0 MITSUBISHI FUSO FN61F, FS52J & FV54J
It is possible that if an affected truck is driven at high speed for an extended period, a crack may develop in the propeller shaft centre bearing bracket/s. In such cases there is the remote possibility the bracket/s could fracture, causing the propeller shaft assembly to drop and resulting in sudden loss of drive. This is due to the bracket/s having insufficient strength if a vehicle is operated at high-speed.

REC-001075
active1998โ2004 MITSUBISHI FUSO Fighter, Heavy
Investigations have shown that moisture may enter the park brake chambers causing corrosion to form on the internal springs. In extreme cases, there is the remote possibility the spring could break and air leak from the brake chamber's diaphragms. This would result in the park brake unexpectedly being applied and locking-on during normal operation.

REC-003218
active0 MITSUBISHI FUSO Heavy FP418
Investigations have shown that if an affected vehicle is subjected to abnormally frequent hill starts or quick take offs, the weld between the propeller shaft spine and pipe may crack in extreme cases. This is due to the weld lacking sufficient durability. If the truck continues to be driven in this condition there is the possibility the propeller shaft may break, preventing drive from being transmitted to the rear wheels.

REC-003163
active0 SUBARU Tribeca
The Vehicle Dynamics Control G sensor on the affected vehicles may have been installed in the incorrect position at the time of manufacture which may cause the VDC system to malfunction when activated, leading to the vehicle becoming unstable. The VDC system will only activate when the vehicle is being driven close to its performance and handling capabilities.

REC-003160
active0 JAGUAR XF
A concern has been identified with the instrument cluster speaker that provides some of the audible warnings on certain vehicles identified within the above range. The speaker wires may fracture as a consequence of an overly aggressive tick tock sound wave form, the volume of which is vehicle speed dependent. At higher speed the wave form has an amplitude tht aggravates the condition where the speaker wire could fail. It is therefore possible that, through normal use, over time the speaker will cease to operate. The following audible notifications are impacted. Turner indicator, seat belt warning, lights warning driver door open, driver intervene (adaptive cruise control vehicles only) and seat memory.

REC-003159
active0 SUBARU Tribeca
FHI (Subaru Japan) have determined that the front lateral link in the rear suspension of 07MY, 08MY and certain 09MY Tribeca vehicles may crack and if left unchecked could, in time, break. There is a safety risk associated with this condition. If the lateral link were to break the rear suspension would experience lack of 'toe' control and the driver may consequently lose control of the vehicle.

REC-003132
active0 JAGUAR XF
A concern has been identified with the fitting process used in vehicle manufacture in relation to both rear seat belt D-loops on a number of 2009MY Jaguar XF vehicles. A minority of vehicles built up until VIN R22438 may have had seat belt D-loops fitted where the D-loops may not freely rotate. The seat belt may not run freely when the rear seat belts are being pulled out and, should a vehicle suffer a moderate to heavy frontal impact, the rear seat occupants may not be fully restrained.

REC-004847
active0 PRB Birkin S3
Failure of two cast alloy rear suspension uprights have been reported. These failures resulted in detaching of the main wishbone mounting, and/or toe adjuster mounting from the main body of the rear upright. Fatigue related cracks have also been found in the body of the uprights. Both of these failures reported resulted in loss of vehicle control due to sudden loss of rear wheel location.

The vehicles may have been produced with the turbo charger oil supply pipe deformed due to misalignment during the assembly process. If the pipe is deformed, vibration experienced during normal driving could result in a crack developing in the pipe over time, causing an engine oil leak.
