In certain circumstances, the acceleration sensor signal may stagnate. If Roll Stability Support (RSS) intervention is required and at the same time the sensor malfunction occurs, the RSS function may not intervene. Additionally, in the event of an electrical fault in the brake valve, the ABS, EBS, and RSS functions are deactivated, and the trailer warning lamp is illuminated. However, after an ignition reset, the warning lamp may fail to illuminate in approximately 1 % of cases, although the ABS, EBS, and RSS functions remain deactivated.
