REC-003160
active0 JAGUAR XF
A concern has been identified with the instrument cluster speaker that provides some of the audible warnings on certain vehicles identified within the above range. The speaker wires may fracture as a consequence of an overly aggressive tick tock sound wave form, the volume of which is vehicle speed dependent. At higher speed the wave form has an amplitude tht aggravates the condition where the speaker wire could fail. It is therefore possible that, through normal use, over time the speaker will cease to operate. The following audible notifications are impacted. Turner indicator, seat belt warning, lights warning driver door open, driver intervene (adaptive cruise control vehicles only) and seat memory.

REC-003159
active0 SUBARU Tribeca
FHI (Subaru Japan) have determined that the front lateral link in the rear suspension of 07MY, 08MY and certain 09MY Tribeca vehicles may crack and if left unchecked could, in time, break. There is a safety risk associated with this condition. If the lateral link were to break the rear suspension would experience lack of 'toe' control and the driver may consequently lose control of the vehicle.

REC-003132
active0 JAGUAR XF
A concern has been identified with the fitting process used in vehicle manufacture in relation to both rear seat belt D-loops on a number of 2009MY Jaguar XF vehicles. A minority of vehicles built up until VIN R22438 may have had seat belt D-loops fitted where the D-loops may not freely rotate. The seat belt may not run freely when the rear seat belts are being pulled out and, should a vehicle suffer a moderate to heavy frontal impact, the rear seat occupants may not be fully restrained.

REC-004847
active0 PRB Birkin S3
Failure of two cast alloy rear suspension uprights have been reported. These failures resulted in detaching of the main wishbone mounting, and/or toe adjuster mounting from the main body of the rear upright. Fatigue related cracks have also been found in the body of the uprights. Both of these failures reported resulted in loss of vehicle control due to sudden loss of rear wheel location.

REC-003158
active0 SUBARU Liberty GT, Liberty GT spec. B, Liberty GT spec. tuned by STI, Impreza WRX,
The vehicles may have been produced with the turbo charger oil supply pipe deformed due to misalignment during the assembly process. If the pipe is deformed, vibration experienced during normal driving could result in a crack developing in the pipe over time, causing an engine oil leak.

REC-003148
active0 SUZUKI Vitara JB
Under extreme exposure levels to engine oil, contained in the combustion blow-by gas, the material compound of the Intercooler Outlet Pipe Insulator may swell and, as a result, dislodge from the throttle body. After extended periods in this dislodged condition, the improper ratio of air/fuel mixture may cause excessive deposition of carbon particulate in the Diesel Particulate Filter, and in an extreme instance may cause the Diesel Particulate Filter to catch fire.

REC-003154
active0 MITSUBISHI RG Colt
On affected vehicles, the front door glass run channel (left and/or right) may have been incorrectly installed and as a result, there is the potential that when the front door glass is operated, it may disengage from the guide rail sash. This creates the possibility of contact with the door unlock rod and may result in the door opening.

REC-003147
active0 Honda Jazz
During the manufacturing process, damage may have occurred to a joint in the handbrake lever assembly mechanism. Continued use may cause sufficient wear for the joint to detach and make the handbrake assembly unserviceable.

REC-003151
active0 CHRYSLER 300C, 300C Touring
The rear axle hub nuts (RWD models) or front and rear axle hub nuts (AWD models) on the vehicles may loosen and allow the half shaft to disengage from the wheel hub. This could cause the vehicle to lose power and result in loss of steering capabilities.

REC-003142
active0 LAND ROVER Freelander 2 Diesel
Condensation from the air conditioning evaporator mounted in the HeVAC unit can come into contact with the control circuitry for the additional electric booster heater; and a short circuit may result. This normally results in draining of the battery which eventually will go flat. This may lead to a non start situation. Additionally the short circuit may lead to a distinct smell from hot and/or melted components which in extreme circumstances may develop in to a fire in the interior of the vehicle. All of these symptoms can occur when the vehicle is in use or parked and unattended.

REC-003137
active0 Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car Type 215, 216, 221, 230
Due to an incomplete soldering process during manufacture, certain electrical connections on the circuit boards of the ABC body acceleration sensors may trigger random sprung mass vibrations at the front axle of the vehicle. This in turn could influence driving stability and operational safety. In some cases a warning message may also be displayed in the instrument cluster.
