Comvita Australia Pty Ltd is recalling certain batches of Comvita MediHoney Antibacterial Wound Gel due to problems with the packaging.
If the packaging of a sterile product is damaged or inadequate, there may be a risk of product contamination and subsequent infection if the product is used on an open wound. It could also lead to delays in treatment if the product cannot be used as intended.
If you have purchased one of the above batches of the product, do not use it. Contact Comvita at hello@comvita.com to arrange a credit and be advised on returns and disposal of stock.
