Reduced caravan stability or control could increase the risk of an accident, causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Elross Caravans and asked to arrange an inspection and repair with an authorised dealer or Elross Caravans, free of charge. Owners should contact Elross Caravans for advice on safely using the caravan until the repair is completed. Additionally, • Limit your heavy off-road or corrugated-road travel with the caravan if possible. • Before any necessary road travel, visually check the shock-mount plates, brackets and surrounds.
