Defect

Due to a manufacturing issue, the weld on the caravan's suspension arms may not have sufficient strength and could crack when driven over rough, uneven or unsealed roads. This could result in a loss of control of the caravan.

Hazard

A loss of caravan control could increase the risk of an accident, injury or death to occupants and other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted requesting they schedule an appointment to arrange an inspection and repair with their closest dealer or Regent RV team, free of charge. More information on how to safely use the caravan until the works carried out can be obtained by contacting the Regent RV team.
