Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the bolts on the front lower control arm bushings may corrode. This may cause the bolts to break from the front wishbone, resulting in a loss of vehicle control.

Hazard

A loss of vehicle control increases the risk of an accident, causing serious injuries or death to the vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

Remedy

The owner of the affected vehicle will be contacted by Peugeot requesting them to schedule an appointment with their local dealership to have the work carried out, free of charge.
