Due to a software issue, the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) function may not operate as intended. This may cause the vehicle to exceed the maximum required speed limit of 100 km per hour if the driver intervenes when the cruise control is active.
If the ACC is not operating as intended it may increase the risk of an accident, causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by SITRAK asking them to book an appointment to have their vehicle inspected and have the work carried out, free of charge.
