Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the steering shaft pinch bolt may have been incorrectly installed. This could result in a loss of steering control.

Hazard

A loss of steering control could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their nearest MAN Dealer to arrange to have their vehicle inspected and the work carried out, free of charge.
