The side direction indicator lamps fitted in the vehicle do not comply with the requirements set out under Australian Design Rule (ADR) 06/00 - Direction Indicators. The courtesy lamps, fog lamps and daytime running lamps fitted in the vehicle do not comply with the requirements set out under ADR 13/00 - Installation of Lighting and Light-signalling Devices on other than L-Group Vehicles. In addition, if the driver of the vehicle actively chooses to disable the Pre-Collision Assist (PCA) feature (which includes the Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) function) the AEB will not reactivate after an ignition cycle as per the requirements set out under ADR 98/00 - Advanced Emergency Braking for Passenger Vehicles and Light Goods Vehicles.
Vehicles are not compliant with ADR 06/00 - Direction Indicators, ADR 13/00 - Installation of Lighting and Light Signalling Devices on other than L-Group Vehicles and ADR 98 - Advanced Emergency Braking - Light Vehicles. Choosing to disable the AEB system which then does not reactivate at the next ignition cycle could increase the risk of an accident, causing serious injury to vehicle occupants and other road users. Vehicles are not compliant with the ADR 98/00 - Advanced Emergency Braking - Light Vehicles and Goods Vehicles.
