Defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the bonding of the inner and outer window panes may deteriorate over time. As a result, the outer window pane may detach from the vehicle.

Hazard

If the outer window pane detach from the vehicle whilst driving, there is an increase risk of injury or death to road user and bystanders.

Remedy

Owners or operators of motorhomes and caravans should urgently check if their vehicle is affected by visiting www.dometicrecall.com.au Follow the prompts on the website and, if affected please take the interim step to make the windowpane safe and to arrange windowpane replacement with a Dometic Service Agent or your Dealer, free of charge.
