Defect

Due to a manufacturing issue, the cab mounting brackets have not been tightened to the designated torque. This could cause the cab lock down mechanism to become loose.

Hazard

If the cab lock down mechanism becomes loose, the cab will become insecure.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their authorised Daimler Commercial Vehicle Dealership to make arrangements to have the work carried out as soon as possible, free of charge.
