May Not Meet Fully The Requirements Of Adr 4/01. The Retractors Do Not Allow Easy Withdrawal Of The Webbing Through The Full Angular Range Specified By This Adr But Will Still Lock If Either The Webbing Is Quickly Withdrawn Or The Vehicle Stops Suddenly.
