Defect

The weld seam on the steering column bracket is incomplete.

Hazard

The steering column would not be secured. While there would be no loss of actual steering, there may be some movement within the column causing difficulty in controlling the vehicle.

Remedy

Owners are requested to contact their local Authorised dealer www.mercedes-benz.com.au/bus to make a booking and have the work carried out free of charge.
