Defect

The tow bar may fully or partially separate from the mounting points during towing.

Hazard

If the tow bar separates from the vehicle, there is an increased risk of an accident or injury to the vehicle occupants and other road users.

Remedy

IVECO Dealer will contact owners of potentially affected vehicles. Where an IVECO towbar is fitted, an inspection and/or replacement of the towbar will be carried out at no expense to the owner.
