Defect

The software of the vehicle may not be programmed to usual specifications, resulting in the headlamp range function not working correctly.

Hazard

If the headlamp does not work as required, oncoming traffic may be affected by the headlights. This could increase the risk of accident causing serious injury to the vehicle occupants and other road users.
