Defect

The high pressure fuel injector lines may not have been manufactured to specification.

Hazard

This could lead to the formation of cracks in the fuel lines and subsequently result in fuel leakage. Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source may potentially lead to a fire.

Remedy

Letters will be sent to owners of affected vehicles.
