Defect

Certain vehicles may have an incorrect draglink fitted. Once this draglink has been modified, the product strength is greatly reduced, which leads to material fatigue and could result in loss of steering control.

Hazard

If the draglink breaks this may result in loss of steering control.

Remedy

Consumers should contact their nearest Western Star Trucks dealer to arrange for an inspection, and if necessary, replacement draglinks to be fitted.
