Defect

Under some circumstances, improper current flow inside the brake lamp switch may occur. This may result in the brake lamp failing to correctly illuminate and the engine to fail to start.

Hazard

Failure for the engine to start may pose a hazard to road users.

Remedy

Owners are advised to contact an authorised Suzuki dealer at their earliest convenience to arrange a suitable time to complete the necessary work.
