Defect

On some Fiat Scudo vehicles, the wiring for the power steering electric pump might interfere with one steel edge of the left front wheel arch and become damaged due to a possible layout non-compliance.

Hazard

Damage to the power steering electric pump wiring may cause the failed operation of the power steering.

Remedy

Owners of afftected vehicles will be contacted by letter. Owners are advised to contact their authorised Fiat dealer for inspection and rectification, if necessary.
