Defect

The fuel filler flange on the fuel tank is incorrectly formed, leaving a section tht is unsealed. This may allow the fuel to leak if the fuel reaches the unsealed section in certain situations such as a high fuel level or the vehicles inclination angle, etc. This may create the potential risk of fire or explosion.
