Defect

Due to the excessive design diameter of oil feed union bolt, lubrication pressure to the vacuum pump operates with insufficient lubrication. Continued operation may result in premature wear of the vacuum pump vanes reducing its ability to produce the necessary negative pressure (vacuum).

Hazard

Vehicle malfunction.

Remedy

All owners of affected vehicles will be contact individually by letter.
