Defect

The cylinder seal may fail, causing the tail-lift to fall to the ground.

Hazard

Mechanical failure.

Remedy

Read the batch code marked on the W552 126B cylinder body. If the batch code is either '09-29-05' or '10-13-05' contact Tieman Service on '1300 Tieman' to organise replacement. If you are unable to check the cylinder yourself, contact Tieman Service to organise a no charge inspection and replacement.
