Defect

In the subject vehicles, the moon roof can be operated with the ignition switch in the 'OFF' position. This condition contravenes ADR42 'General Safety Requirements' relating to operation of power operated window, which must only be possible when the key that controls activation of the vehicle's engine is in the 'ON', 'START' or 'ACCESSORY' position.
