Defect

The supply line and control line to the park brake fitted to the right hand side of the cab inner sill has the potential to contact a radiator support bolt. This could result in chaffing of the airlines and consequent air loss resulting in activation of park brake.

Hazard

Park Brake Activated.

Remedy
