Defect

Due to incorrect software, the cruise control may fail to disengage if triggered when electronic stability control intervention is required, unless the brake pedal is applied.

Hazard

A loss in vehicle performance could increase the risk of an accident and injury to vehicle occupants or other road users. In the event of a serious accident, this may result in death.

Remedy

Customers should contact their nearest authorised Volvo Group Australia repairing dealer to schedule an appointment to have their vehicle/s repaired.
