Defect

The fuel supply pipe attached to engines may be defective, which may result in a fuel leak.

Hazard

If a fuel leak occurs, this can result in an engine compartment fire. A vehicle fire could increase the risk of an accident, serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.

Remedy

Owner will be contacted by Hyundai Motor Company Australia and asked to contact an authorised Hyundai dealer to arrange and inspection and id required a vehicle repair, free of charge. Affected owners can find their nearest dealer by visiting https://www.hyundai.com.au/dealer#
