Defect

Some trailers may experience a valve malfunction in the hydraulic power pack.

Hazard

If the valve malfunctions, the ramp may not lower in a controlled manner or the hydraulic lowering mechanism may not function correctly and may cause injury to anyone that comes in contact.

Remedy

Owners will be contacted by MaxiTRANS by direct mail and/or telephone to contact their nearest MaxiTRANS Service Centre to book their trailer for an assessment and repairs, where necessary.
