Defect

The wheel arch liners at the front fenders may not have been attached correctly in some vehicles and may detach from the vehicle during operation.

Hazard

If the wheel arch liner detaches, this would increase the risk of an accident and/or injury for other road users.

Remedy

Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Mercedes-Benz and are asked to make arrangements with their nearest authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership to have the work carried out as soon as possible.
