Defect

There is a possibility that an O-ring seal located between the Fuel Delivery Module and the wiring connector insert of the LPG tank may be missing.

Hazard

There is a potential for gas to leak from the LPG tank to the atmosphere. This may result in a potential fire hazard.

Remedy

Ford will write to owners of the affected vehicles. Until the Safety Recall Service is completed, owners are advised to avoid parking the vehicle in a confined space. Owners are advised to contact their Ford authorised Dealership for inspection and rectification. For further information, contact any authorised Ford Dealer or Ford's Customer Relationship Centre on 1800 503 672.
