Defect

The Electric Cooling Fan control unit's metal cover may not have the specified corrosion protection. Should this be the case the metal cover will experience an accelerated corrosion process, which may lead to moisture ingress and electrical malfunction.

Contact your Volvo dealer. The repair will be carried out at no cost to the owner.
