Defect

A nut on the front seat rail may be missing in some vehicles. In the event of an accident, the seat structure and position may be unstable and possibly deform.

Hazard

In the event of an accident, a change in the seat structure and position may increase the risk of injury to occupants of the vehicle.

Remedy
