Defect

Potential software fault with the Stability Control System (SCS).

Hazard

If the stability control system fails, there may be a decrease to the power steering assistance, resulting in a heavy steering feel. The increased steering effort may pose a hazard to the vehicle occupants and other road users.

Remedy
