Defect

The Active Brake Assist system may mistakenly detect an obstacle and brake suddenly or unexpectedly.

Hazard

If the vehicle brakes suddenly or unexpectedly, or comes to a complete stop, there is an increased risk of an accident and serious injury or death to the vehicle occupants or other road users.
