Defect

A combination of the front draw bar design (mounting bolt hole) and the incorrect material being used may result in fatigue cracks or the draw bar separating from the trailer.

Hazard

If the defect occurs while the trailer is in use, it may cause injury to people or damage to property.

Remedy

Affected consumers will be contacted and advised to not use the trailer and to return it to the supplier. If the consumer is unable to return the trailer, arrangements will be made to collect it and replace the draw bar. For further information, contact Michelle on 07 3822 3133.
