Defect

The towbar label has the incorrect load ratings specified. This may result in the towbar being used to tow objects above it's maximum weight.

Hazard

If the towbar is overloaded it could separate from the vehicle, posing an accident risk.

Remedy

Affected owners will be contacted by direct mail. Owners should contact their nearest Kia dealer to arrange for the vehicle to have the correct labelling attached.
