Defect

Deviations in the manufacturing process of the supplier of the M12 aluminium fuel pump nut can result in insufficient sealing and cause uncontrolled fuel leakage on affected motorcycles.

Hazard

If the defect occurs, fuel may leak from the motorcycle, exposing consumers to hazardous fumes and posing a potential fire hazard.

Remedy

The vehicle should not be ridden until inspected by an authorised HQVA Husqvarna dealer. The professional check can be carried out by authorized HQVA Husqvarna dealers only. The check and rectification is conducted free of charge. Without delay please contact an authorised dealer to make a workshop booking.
