Defect

The recliner mechanisms fitted to the 2nd row (60% side, with left and centre seats) may not lock correctly when the seat back is placed into the upright position.

Hazard

In the event the recliner mechanisms do not lock correctly, the seat back may move unintentionally in certain crash events. This may pose a risk of increased injury for a vehicle occupant.

Remedy

GM Holden will write to all affected customers to notify them of required action.
