Defect

The fuel filler pipes fitted to some models of RA Rodeo are designed and manufactured from a non-electrically conductive material. During filling of the petrol tank, an electrostatic charge may accumulate in the plastic fuel filler pipe which is electrically non conductive. This may result in fuel vapour flame flash during refueling.
