Defect

The airbag system occupant restraint control (ORC) module may experience a front airbag and/or seatbelt pre-tensioner inadvertent deployment.

Hazard

An inadvertent deployment while driving may pose an accident hazard.

Remedy

Chrysler Jeep will notify vehicle owners who can take their vehicle to a Jeep dealership whereby the vehicle will be repaired. For further information regarding the recall customer can call 1300 133 079.
